Sole Passive - Searching Blade: Basic attacks deal an additional 6% of the target's current HP as bonus damage (capped at 75 to creeps).
Sole Passive - Supressed: Damage against enemy targets with HP higher than yours is increased by 1% for every 500 HP higher, up for a maximum of an 8% increase.
